Summary
After reaching 7000 of in house compounds (see OHD database) we have collected and organized the targets database. Now we are ready for starting the docking project in which the compound collection, enriched with 10000 compounds from Enamine will be targeted towards a selected protein list. We are starting the OHD:LUB project from the matching of OHD1+OHD2 subproject. Achievement of OHD:LUB project discussed on Thursday 16 April 2026. 14:30-16:30
