We are pleased to announce the workshop "Green and Bioinformatic Approaches Including Biodegradability Predictions in Antiparasitic Drug Discovery." This workshop will convene experts and researchers to explore innovative molecular modeling and experimental tools in the fields of biodegradability and antiparasitic drug discovery. The concepts presented during the workshop will facilitate a smart approach to addressing environmental toxicity induced by anti-infective drugs in the context of antiparasitic diseases for human and veterinary medicine, and drug discovery.
The workshop will be held at CloudPharma premises, a company specializing in In silico prediction tools. CloudPharma is involved in the European project "ENVIROMED" (Marina Roussaki - Presentation of the EU-Funded Project), which aims to better understand the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products to reduce their environmental footprint
We invite contributions from researchers and experts within the OneHealthdrugs network. Abstracts will be selected based on the coherence to the topic and time of application. Other criteria will be country of affiliation, career stage, CA21111 participation and previous funding from the COST Action. Please submit your abstract to Sandra Gemma (gemma@unisi.it). Deadline is February 3rd 18:00 (CET). The abstract template can be downloaded in the OHD websites in the announcement.
